Durham Holiday Lets is perfect for large groups and gatherings such as significant birthdays, wedding anniversaries and hen nights as well as reunions and family get togethers. 

It is ideal for those who are having nearby weddings and are looking for accommodation for family and friends in one large self-catering property.

It is possible to run the bar yourselves or as a licensed bar with bar staff for larger events.  We can also provide full catering for your guests, either buffet style or a sit down meal for up to 26 guests.

 We can offer the following packages:

• Accommodation only.
• Accommodation and the hire of Durham House/the Croft and Hay Loft for day or evening guests up to 60 people.
• Hire of the property with fully licensed bar (with or without accommodation).
